WHAT WE OFFER

BEHAVIOUR-CHANGECOMMUNICATION-OFFER.

EHII has successfully completed 11 assignments with UNICEF in India and our portfolio includes other prominent SBC research-driven initiatives such as developing the National BCC Strategy of the MOHFW and supporting its rollout to multiple States – assisting States of Rajasthan, West Bengal, and Gujarat, in development of State Level and district Level BCC Strategies and Action Plans, training over 27,000 frontline workers for diarrhoea management through SBC interventions in Gujarat and UP, and conducting social surveillance and peer education programmes in tribal and rural belts of Odisha and Rajasthan. EHII has developed digital SBC platforms—notably for biomedical waste management in Uttarakhand—and provided technical assistance to OXFAM on the project “HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Programme for Rural and Tribal Youth in Orissa and Rajasthan” which was supported by the European Commission, showcasing our capability in rapid field assessments, identification of behaviour change objectives, and BCC strategy implementation.

We leverage frameworks such as the ART participatory reform assessment tool for SBC capacity assessment and the PENTA-CD MODEL to address the need for high quality training of health functionaries using a carefully selected methods mix. We have experience in the translation of the survey tools in all the regional languages where the survey needs to be conducted and have created communication content and material in Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Assamese, and Odiya.
